Strategic Legal Consulting, Elevated

A fractional in-house counsel provides businesses with the strategic legal guidance of a full-time in-house legal department on a flexible, on-demand basis. Designed for start-ups and growing organizations, this model gives companies access to experienced legal insight before the need for a permanent in-house counsel becomes necessary.

Working closely with CEOs, senior management, and boards of directors, fractional in-house counsel serves as a trusted advisor on legal, governance, and strategic business matters. Support may include participation in business planning, board and committee meetings, review of legal documentation prepared by external parties, and guidance on ownership structures and foundational corporate records.

Fractional in-house counsel also helps businesses determine when specialized outside legal counsel is required and can assist in coordinating legal documentation and transaction management. In addition, this role can support legal document organization and maintenance to help prepare companies for financings, acquisitions, or other significant business transactions.

With decades of expertise, we deliver fractional legal services that optimize early step performance and facilitate sustainable growth.
